You can email us to add a new user to your network or call to promptly adjust someone’s file permissions. We will log into your server remotely and make the change.

If the issue is more complex, we will schedule a time with you to provide assistance on-site. Under critical circumstances we may need to provide a temporary solution to keep your business operational while we take the server back to our repair center for advanced diagnostics, data recovery and service. 24x7x365 emergency assistance is available should you need help after normal business hours.

We maintain detailed records for every computer & server under our care. From hardware specifications and Microsoft license codes to specific details of each incident reported, we will bar code each asset, track its information in our database and provide you with detailed reports upon request.
